Exercise after work

Any recommendations on how to get very motivated to exercise after work? I find it hard to myself to set aside some time for exercise as I will be lazy and tired after work everyday. And weekend spending all time with my daughter...

kiasu2009 Its hard to keep it going everyday but try to prepare yourself with positive thinking and you will be on your way to exercising. Myself would just try to jogging for about 30 minutes after work or before going to work at early morning for two or three times a...
