ilse72 I have been an R.N. for 30+ years with experience in ICU/CCU, dermatology, OB/GYN, same day surgery and, mostly, E.R. It is a rewarding profession and, right now, nurses are in great demand due to a shortage...especially in the U.S. I retired 2 years ago so...

steffylikewoah I've tried the patch and cold turkey and I think cold turney is best for me. Everyone is different though!
