Diet for gaining-weight?

Hi, mylotters. I am looking for diet, which will make me gain extra weight, because I feel too slim now and I don't like myself. Can you give me some tips how to do It faster? Thanks in advance

lifeafterdeath09 the easy ways to gain weight is to eat alot every day.. if ur lookin to gain muscle mass take supplements like protein, amino acids, zinc and creatine. eat atleast 6 to 8 meals every day.. try to have healthy meals that fill u up.. excercise reagularly.....
