If you are to live or visit a new place, do you adopt their language or culture?

Although there are those who can understand a the culture and language in the new place they live in, many are not able to adopt or have spoken their native tongue. I know its not easy but eventually some would learn and use them....

kingsleyjovison12 I think i very much agree with you based on your comments,i live in Africa and i have seen a lot of Philippine,indains Americans Asains as well as Europeans speaking our language,some are even so good that you do find it hard to belive if they were not born...
