hey guys, how do i clean up strong viruses wherein your computer has already been greatly affected..? how do i clean them up when my OS is either XP or Vista?

hi there. i just wanna ask how you can make your pc more secured from any security breaches.. i mean, aside from having a very predictable password, how else can you avoid being breached?
