Walking is Healthy?

Yes, I think walking is very helpful. I just started, I know last year when I started walking I came down a whole lot(lbs) do it more. I do 4 laps that equals to 1 mile. Ok, so this week I walked 3x, but I am going to increase it...

koseavase Yes indeed, walking is better than jogging.. since in jogging their is a chance that u will get injured but while walking their is no chance of u getting heart Doctors say a brisk walk of 15 minutes can burn many calories so dude keep walking and enjoy...

Whom do u think will be the best one to leaf India and why? I prefer Ganguly. But he should be kiked out if not performoing well. And also i feel Yuvaraj should be groomed to take that responsibility

koseavase What i feel is India should have a young captain For the Job of captain they can give responsibility to Yuvaraj singh. Regarding Dravid/Ganguly they have already crossed 30 they should should not be made captain
