ksbonik7 I am new here also so I am just learning the ropes....and by new I mean REALLY new. I think I signed up about 5 minutes ago. So how does this work? I am excited about it. I love writing so I think the discussion boards will be alot of fun for me.

eat in one day? For me I am not sure how many times since I am working during night time and sleep most of the day. I eat a lot at night but not the heavy ones. I consume 3 glasses of milk (at times, 1 cup of coffee) while working...

ksbonik7 I am the same way! I eat 3 meals a day but I also snack often. I find it harder to eat right now that I am married! My hubby would live on Pizza if I let him...
