Who is the boss of home? Is it husband or wife? I know it differs from family to family. But as majority Women is the boss of home. What do you think??

I believe in God very much. I am very religious.. but there are many people in this world who do not believe in God. I really feel sorry for them. There is a overall super power. What do you think guys??
