How often do you go for regular health check up?

I had gone for a routine health check up last week. That covered some blood test including cholesterol, blood glucose, uric acid, liver and kidney functions... I was apprehensive about the result though. Today I got the reports...

kumatapp well,i haven't been to health check up 2+ years maybe more,but i just started watching House M.D. the series(yes i kow i'm little late with that :D)and now i go visit my doctor as often as possible(i think he is kinda irritated of me :D )
