At what age can a child start bringing a mobile phone with her/him?

I have this stepsister who just begs me to buy her a mobile phone. I said no because she's still in high school and I don't want her to be so busy with her phone coz she might forget about her studies. Do you think I am wrong...

Rainy days....and Mondays

It's now raining. It's hard to get up and go to work. I wish I could stay at home and sleep all day :) I wonder why I feel this way during rainy days. Do you also have this gloomy or tired feeling when it rains?

After almost 6 years of working with my company, I finally moved 4 steps up from my previous position! It feels so great to be able to enhance my skills and learn new things. This is also an opportunity for me to meet new people...
