How do you unwind when you're stressed out? I usually get a whole body massage or even a foot spa. It just relaxes me and de-stresses me. How about you? How do you unwind?

Is it really ADHD?

My best friend's daughter is diagnosed with ADHD (well the doctor said she's likely a candidate for ADHD). But the kid is less than 2 years old, and normally, kids around that age are really playful and can test your patience....
