kyreasia i would initially go to the neighnor and talk with her. That would notmally help. Then if that didn't work i would take the next apropiate steps. Some people don't respect how their neghbors might feel and that you can all enloy the neighborhood if you respect...

Is mental abuse as bad as physical abuse in a relationship?

I think that mental abuse, is just as bad as physical abuse, because if a person hits you, in time your wounds will heal. Emotional abuse is much worse because when someone says hurtful things to you, that is something that sticks...
