ratburn i cried last sunday in the car while on the way home. i was in a bad mood and couldn't control my feelings. it was only for a minute but it felt good because it was my release. there was just too much emotion inside of me.

anjoks Its really okay to cry. Do so. Tears are very cleansing ... the last time i cried was sometime last wk, at the burial of my close aunt. Too sad that people come and go in this world but got no choice, we have to deal with that. Take care now.
