kyutstudph Hi butterfly39! Glad taht you are not skipping meals already. Sometimes I have a tendency of doing that because of work. But now that I know that it will not do good to me then I should stop. Thanks for sharing your views. God bless always! d=)

kyutstudph Hi thefortunes! Im glad that your ulcer had been cured already. I have read that ulcer is not cancerous but for instance it must be cured. Drinking milk is one of the best way of curing it. Of course you must stop smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages....
