It is said that alcohol is bad for health,becasue it will damage the liver.So I decide to give up it. But the report says that if you drink a cup of red wine every day,you will be live longer. Oh my god, I really do not know how...

Hot or Cold Water....

When you have a shower, do you turn on the hot water first or the cold water first, or both together ??? I always turn on the hot first because there nothing worse than standing hopping onto cold water...I dont usually have...

labanyue me too, I have just one tap. no matter when ,I always take shower with cool water. It helps me energetic. You can try it 1
