lexus 1990 ls 400 should i buy it has 236,174,oil leak, idle problem have 2 keep foot on gas and brake so it wont stop,temp-time burned out nothing shows up?!

a 1990 lexus ls 400 236,174,a oil leak, idle problem u have 2 keep ur foot on gas and brake so it wont go dead,temp-time is burned out nothing shows up.what should i do if do anything?!
