laira08 I never bring Laptop when I am traveling by public transportation. It makes difficulties for me. But when I ride motor cycle or own car, I always bring my laptop.

laira08 You must admonish the customer slowly. May be You ask him to go to your office and tell him about his act in your work place. I think he can understand.
