in the working day ,i must be reached the compamy befre 8:00am,so i must be get up at 6:30am,but in the weekend ,i will sleep until the time 11:00,what about you ?

langhua i think you can use the turning start runand type msconfig ,use the start tag,display the soft we cound not use ,and restart the computer to instead yours 10 ~12. and you should do some other try to get your computer fast 1.use turn off the ide channels...
