How long do you sleep everyday?

I think sleeping is one of the most important things for me! But I usually find that the time wasn't enough for sleep~ I felt tired everyday~In fact, I spend 8hours on it near upon! And in my holidays,also 8hours,I can't sleep...

I find it's very relaxed when I'm working~ My work is very stuffy!!I need to find sth interesting during my work! So chatting with my friends is one of the best way~And mylot:)
