Fishing and the Moon

Does the moon really play any part in whether or not the fish are biting? I've heard many different opinions about this but I don't know what to believe.

lbert33 hi,fishing in rivers and lakes are very different, not to mentioned that the species and behaviour are different tool. for a start, different species are active in days and nights. as such, you really know to know what kind of fish that u are targetting, land...

lbert33 it's a fact that the moon according to chinese calendar determine the tide. fishing at different tides means different water conditions. i.e. stationary water after tide is full will mean that the smaller fishes (baits to the larger predator) are not moving....

lbert33 hi, well, one way is to let him know that u noticed something and is disgusted. At the same time, let him know that you will report to mgmt if he doesn't stops.
