When working, would you prefer some background music? or complete silence?

I've come to a point where I'm tired of having to work in complete silence. I think a little music would not hurt, but after a few songs, I find myself switching the radio or the mp3 off. So, what are your preferences?

lclori Laydee, Personally, I always work better with background noise. I usually have the television in the background when I do school work, or the radio. I would never be able to work in complete silence it would drive me crazy. When it comes to an mp3 player...

lclori adamc151, I have never been able to bring myself to sing in the shower. I think it is because it echos and I can somewhat hear my voice repeat back at me, and that makes me mess up. I will, however, sing at the top of my lungs in the car. And I absolutely...
