Has anyone read any books from Fern Michaels? I am really enjoying her lastest series about the sisterhood. I just bought her latest book and finished it in a day. I can't wait for the next book to come out in the series.

Does anyone have a kniffty knitter? If so what types of projects have you made with it? I have only made scarfs and hats. I would love to do other projects. As well are there any really good sites to get patterns on?

lcsamano I don't know how to use knitting needles. I wish that I could learn but it looks complicated. I love to crochet. I have made many blankets, sweaters and baby doll clothes.

lcsamano I agree things today are so expensive. Alot has to do with the cost of fuel. Companies are adding the fuel costs to their products since it is costing them more to import and export.

lcsamano I usually shop the day after Thanksgiving to get the good buys. As well I make alot of christmas presents. I also try to do a few odd jobs so I can get some extra money to help out with gifts.

lcsamano I heard about it as well. I applied but they aren't hiring right now. Therefore I am on a waiting list. People say it takes awhile to get called back.
