Should allow my daughter to know her "part-time" father

I am a single mom to a 1 year 5 months lovely girl. Her father only saw her 5 times since she was born. Until now, I am undecided whether to allow my daughter know her dad when I don't see nor feel he has interest on my daughter....

learninger I think people are basically selfish. So why so many laws and abandons exist. They are used to limit or utilize our selfish nature.
