what do u think is the best recepy for u to be healty and look great?

i've kept diet once inmy life and it as a disaster... for me the best way to be healty and look great is: eat whatever i want (but i should get uesed to eat 3 times a day and and not over do it) and go to the gym 3 times a week....

What's u're first impression about someone? is it his/her clothes the way she/he looks; the way he/she looks at u; the way he/she walks etc. When u begin a conversation are u able to tell if he/she is a good/kind person or bad?...

eclectic= someone who like different kinds of music. i am not someone that u can say i have a favourite singer or group or kind of music. music is something that i like. i love listen to it, i love singing it, i love lyrics...

why do people fall in love with someone that is not interest of them? is it possible that human kind is atracted to impossible things,are they more atractive this way? wouldn't it be more easy to find nice things in someone else...
