What do you do when you're having a bad day?

So I am having a really bad day, haven't had one this bad in a long time. I usually pop right out of it. But I am just sad. I ate ice cream and now I just feel full. LOL... I am wondering what everyone does when they are down?

Lost some baby weight!

So before I got pregnant I had gain 40 pounds due to a thyroid problem. Then I pregnant and gained another 50 pounds! I know crazy isn't it. Well my baby is 8 months old and I have lost 52 pounds!!! I still have a long way to go,...
