It is beyond me why people are ignorant to the things they dont know about and refuse to learn about. Why do people continue to degrade themselves and be below their own worth because they refuse to gain knowledge?

Ok so i messed around somehow and my firewall was turned off and i got virus's i got them off i have norton antivirus, and the windows defender they both say that there are no more virus's but my computer is still acting funny...
