leonarda Hi, Could you clarify what you mean by "family"? Is it your Mom/Dad, sisters, brothers, cousins, etc. or is it your wife/husband and kids? Because there is a difference between the two types of families.

leonarda He gained a lot of weight - mostly fat because of so much eating and not enough exercise. He was doing some sports but it wasn't enough to compensate for the calories in burgers, pizzas, etc.
