How to find a good job?

I am a bit desperate here in myLot. Although many ( around 1000 from Singapore ) joined myLot, not many are active. Is it because the earning from here is too little? Or because many people talk other thing not related to...

lha_photo gee...i could not say i failed nor i have succeeded because I have never into a relationship ever of all my 37 years of existence on this planet...i have had never gotten into such thing...all i had is one night stand, fling relationship...which is a very sexy...
