I used to think that if I have vivid dreams the other night and I can still remember them in the morning that means for me that I had a good night sleep last night. I had a time in my life where I don't have any dreams at sleep...

lilkiani uuuummmm.... no actually it means the opposite.... we dream during REM sleep (syramoon already explained). thats the part of our sleep cycle where our body is asleep but our mind is still kind of awake. Non-REM sleep is the deep sleep where you dont...
