lilylin sorry,what's the 'lian yung'. we called it 'mantou', there is nothing in it . traditionaly,it's just a mixture of flour,water or milk and yeast(you can also add any other flour of grain you like such as maize,oat,millet,etc.)

lilylin in china, we always cooking bread by steaming it in a bamboo steamer instead of baking like yours. it's very delicious too which is my favorit breakfast.
