I've recently gotten into a relationship with a nice girl. The thing is, is we went way too fast, and now I'm not so sure I'd like to continue it with her. I don't feel like she's "the one", I feel the timing is wrong in my life...

how did you cure you're bad sleeping habits? i got a hard time on sleeping lately? i think it leads on not sleeping on right time? can someone give advise.

lilyll recently,i also can't sleep well,that affects my life heavily.i can do nothing with it but to close my eyes,leave annoyance behide,and try to relax myself by breathing regularly.if it still doeas't work,i will get up and read a book.all in all ,doing exercise...
