Lenore Plassman @LindaOHio Hand weights can be good. Just stretching your leg out is exercise. Or moving your foot- pretending you are pushing the car's gas pedal. That is exercise, too. (Physical therapist reminded me about that one.)

Jim Bauer @LindaOHio It can be hard, sometimes, to find a reputable business in any category. When it comes to pest control, usually small and local is your best bet. Batzner was a smaller company in Wisconsin, and we had pretty high standards of service there.
