Max Crisp Porridge is a popular breakfast here in the UK, especially in Bonnie Scotland. Rolled oats is used though and cooked in milk or water. I prefer.milk. A good healthy meal which keeps you going for a few hours. I’ve never heard of Jaggery, what is it?
