Haven't been out much.

I haven't been out much since Wednesday when I went to the big Tesco. I did some painting again on Thursday and listened to some CDs. Actually, because Mum was going out to see the doctor in Burntwood, and would be going straight from there to the luncheon club, I decided to watch my new Anna Nicole DVD. It's an opera and Wynne Evans is in it as The Mayor of Mexia or something. He wasn't in it for long but I was thinking, nice wig Wynne! Also on Thursday I made myself a baked potato, but using a sweet potato. It was very nice but very filling, and I couldn't eat all of it. And cooking it took a while, also because I did crunchy chickpeas aswell. I didn't go out shopping on Friday because I was very tired from doing all that cooking on Thursday, and there was nothing urgent I needed to get. I didn't go out to Church on Sunday either because my Mum got up late and decided she didn't want to rush to get to Church. So I thought, if you're not going, I'm not going either, and I stayed home and watched a YouTube video from Freedom Church instead. But don't tell Wynne! He'll accuse me of skiving church! BUT, recently I've been attempting to find out where Wynne Evans lives. Well, I knew he lived in Whitchurch, Cardiff, because he's told us as much, but I wanted to find the actual address. Well, last week I did it! I managed to find his address! So, now that I know Wynne Evans actual postal address, I've written him a letter. So, even though I didn't go to Church on Sunday, I did go to the post box to post Wynne's letter, and also one for my penpal who lives in the Rhondda Valley. I knew they wouldn't go till this morning, but they were in there ready, and they should be on their way by now. Also, when I went to the post box, there was a knitted thing on top of it. It's like a post box hat, as it fits snuggly over the top of the post box. On top of it were about three knitted elephants and it was to raise awareness of dementia and Alzheimers. The words dementia and Alzheimers were written round the edge of it, and one of the elephants were holding a sign saying to find a cure, or words to that effect. When I got back from the post box I told my Mum all about it. I wish I'd have taken my tablet with me so I could have taken a photo. So that's what I've been getting up to. What about you? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

I'm sure Wynne will be surprised and pleased to get an actual letter, it's become a rare treat these days! We've been away which is why I haven't been around here much.

He probably gets lots of letters from fans. But yes, letter writing is declining unfortunately. Where've you been? Anywhere nice?

@sharonelton I didn’t go to Church either yesterday - I wanted to, but the man who was preaching is too happy and wants everyone to be as exuberant (and irritating) as he is. I prefer ordinary. Today I sowed more radishes and spinach.

Yes, I know what you mean. People do need to realise people can be going through stuff with their mental health and stuff. It gets me when I go into Church and someone might say, Cheer up, it might never happen! And I'm thinking, How do you know it hasn't already?! It's usually this overweight guy called Stephen.

I've seen a photo somewhere of one of the post box hats. They sound really quirky.

I would have loved to see the photo of the post box. The description of those elephants sound so cute. Even I don't like to step out of home except for my walk. I would go out only if really needed. Who is Wynne Evans? Some celebrity?

Yes, it was. And they were. I'd love to be able to go out more and go to Cardiff when the weather's better. But I need someone to go with. Wynne Evans is an opera singer and radio presenter and he is lovely so if you hear anything about him in the press, ignore it. They're always out to get him because they're jealous!
