This is one scary glass. The glass is inspired from bamboo as the waiter told us. But it is scary because the glass is leaning on one side. So it almost trip when I put it down twice since as per instinct I will put it down straight . so much to say I spill some water because of that.

That looks quite strange. It would be hard to get used to those glasses.

That is strange and you would think a boo-boo in the making. Cheap wares for the restaurant, but trying to make it into something great...I don't think it will cut it.

@rakski And why would anybody want slanted glasses? This still amazes me.

How is the glass inspired by bamboo?

I'm not sure how as well.

@rakski I think it makes sense—the glass is slanted just like how bamboo naturally grows at an angle.

True. I thought I put it down already and when I let go the glass, it fell to the gap because of that leaning design

No matter what the waiter told you, I'd bet they saved money by buying defective glasses. I can easily see accidents happening much more frequently by using those.

Haha I know exactly what you’re talking about—I’ve seen that kind of glass before too! Super cool design, but definitely tricky in real life. It leans like it’s about to fall over, and your instinct is to set it down straight, which just doesn’t work. I probably would’ve spilled water too! Stylish, yes… but maybe not the best choice for a clumsy moment.

visually it's not looking bad but if you're struggling, not cool
