Went to Physical Rehab today..they had me on a bicycle for 3 minutes. Everything went real well with all the things they had me do. Went home and after sitting a while..it was a little sore getting up and moving. Thank goodness...

While we were in Fremantle on the wharf, I saw this cute dog made out of dozens of circles of iron. I guess it’s iron or metal of some sort. Perhaps it will be an inspiration to @Fleura who is going to have welding lessons soon....
