I am still trying to rehab my bad (left) knee. My medical insurance is finally in order, so I don't have to worry about that. But my Dr. keeps suggesting "physical therapy." I'd like an MRI and a "scrape job" around my meniscus....

Kandase I have lunch around 1pm and a snack for dinner at 4 or 5pm. That's it until breakfast the next day. My snack was a few cookies l baked made of oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, a ripe banana, coconut milk and cinnamon.
