What to say, what to say..
Applied and waiting is about the size of it.
It is a small little vintage place and cute with old hardwood floors no carpet thank goodness for allergy saving.
It is in the area that is best for us a lovely park right close and shops and stuff.
A tiny vintage gas stove and all, as I remember them, *see above*.
I love gas stoves though, I despise electric stoves.
No air conditioning but so what, it's cheaper and we have a plethora of fans.
Front and back door and only one neighbor on one side of the walls.
There is a laundry room there.
A big nice front and back lawn and patio.
Just waiting on old rental references to get going and some other paperwork.
That is all I can say right now but let's hope it all works out.
The time is counting down but for sure there will be many many applicants.

It sounds like you're excited about the potential for your new place! The hardwood floors and vintage gas stove definitely add character and charm. It's great that the location is convenient with a park and shops nearby. I understand waiting on rental references and paperwork can be a bit stressful, but it seems like you’re staying positive about it. Fingers crossed that everything works out for you! The overall Kitchen slab size is somewhat similar to what we have here.
Not enough but I think it is manageable.
Here we have to bring in our own stoves.
We had to buy a new one last year November end as the older one was developing some problems.

Yeah I hate small slabs I know what you mean. But oh well..we will make it work if we move there.

Even I would not prefer carpet flooring.
