Having some warm water each morning can have many benefits. It can improve the digestion system which plays a very important role in our overall health. If food is not digested properly it can lead to health problems. It can lead to cramping, bloating, and diarrhea as well. Warm water helps to break down food and makes it easier for the body to absorb nutrients. It can also soothe inflamed tissues.
At the end of the day, some warm water or a warm shower can relieve nasal passages and congestion. This will improve sleep quality and also prevent headaches.

I agree and on the other hand if you are suddenly not feeling too good drinking cold water can make you feel much better.

Lately I drink weak warm tea in the morning and at night. I´m not having as many cups of coffee as I used to have.

I think tea will be a better choice now since coffee business is hurt by a bad season due to the heat last summer. Coffee is very sensitive to heat.

You add lemon or something to it. Have to remember it is good for us and overlook the taste.

Thank your sharing the benefits of drinking warm water in the morning since sometimes I have trouble digesting food in the daytime hours.
