So I am looking into keratin hair treatments for the summer and have been doing quite a bit of research on it. So does this product work? Or will it destroy my hair?

I have implants over the breast muscle. I was told by surgeon I wouldn’t be able to breast feed. My question is will my breasts still swell up and produce milk? If so, does it dry up?
