So I am looking into keratin hair treatments for the summer and have been doing quite a bit of research on it. So does this product work? Or will it destroy my hair?

Yeah they are safe. But when choosing a product or a keratin treatment kit, check on its ingredients. My hair is naturally pretty curly, and even though I don't always wear it that way, I've been afraid of the full-on commitment of having it chemically straightened. I was curious about all the different keratin treatments that hit the market over the last few years...but then the scary truth that many of them contain formaldehyde was revealed. I use Deep Repair from unnique which is formaldehyde free. This is the very first thing which attracted me to try this product.
Our latest & most innovative amino treatment is completely free of any harmful chemicals so it can be applied to children over 12, pregnant & nursing women.
