What should I take in a cruise trip?

In December, I will go in a cruise trip to the Mediterranean countries (Spain, France and italy), I don't know, what should I take in my bag as clothes? I need some help

Keratin hair treatment at home?

So I am looking into keratin hair treatments for the summer and have been doing quite a bit of research on it. So does this product work? Or will it destroy my hair?

lauren Yeah they are safe. But when choosing a product or a keratin treatment kit, check on its ingredients. My hair is naturally pretty curly, and even though I don't always wear it that way, I've been afraid of the full-on commitment of having it chemically...
