So I have this landlord that has always been a pain and always calling me and arguing with me all the time ever since we moved in there. Always kept the heat down lower at night when temperatures would drop into the single digits....

linusv2006 i think u'll have to consider if it's worth suing them back for your dposit or juz leave it in order to settle everything.that's the purpose of a dposit anyway,to repair any damages u have incurred.after all,u-r leaving&will b free from this nasty...
