Chinese students are not active in the world?

My foreign teacher said that Chinese students don't like to participant in the world affairs,but in other countries like America,students are active.Is that ture?

huang zhiyong I don't think so.I am a chinese student, and i am active to discuss or participate in the affairs, beeause we can not only be focus on our learning at school, but also the affairs all over the world. It is good for thier future
