Floyd Rose Tremolo, hard to tune?

Some people say that a Floyd Rose Type Tremolo is hard to tune on a guitar becasue it is unstable. Is this True?

lioeks Yeah,You need some experience to be able to tune and use it but the key is you have to balance the tension between the string and spring at the back of the guitar to make the tremolo parallel to the guitar and don't forget to use 0.009 string gauge.
