why can't i change or upload pics on my screen? there are no options wherein i am able to set a pic on my desktop. why is windows 7 like this? iv'e been searching answers for this one and some says i have to download some files...

littlemomma83 my lappy is new so i don't think i have to repair something in this. as have i been researching, lots of articles i read that Windows 7 is unable to set a wall paper on desktop. thanks anyway for your comment. :)
