Kristen Howe @TheInvisibleMan Maybe it's not a good fit for you. You just have to get used to doing the poses in a sequence and practice a lot. Have you tried Pilates or meditation? I don't see why it's boring.

Kristen Howe True. We do a lot of stretching in yoga. Just another study to back up that claim.
