My wife has had a Migraine for the past 4 days. We have tried the prescription meds and they are not even working. Who here knows of some possiblynone mediicianl ways to fight migraines? What are some things that you have tried...

lordvl I feel for migraine sufferers-my sister has lessen headaches by eliminating trigger foods.Keep in mind each person has different triggers.Hers is yeast and nitrates.So no breads or perserved meats.Many canned soups,graveys ,broths,ect. have both-lunch...
