About 10 years ago I used to jog about 2.5 miles 2 to 3 times a week. It seems to be the fastest way to lose weight as well as keep it off. I am now 50 years old and 30-50 lbs overweight. I would love to start a walk/jog/run...

loriwagner1 thanks hardworkinggurl, I know I followed some kind of program in the begining, like walk 3 minutes run 2 minutes until you can fully run it. I just can't find the info and I keep putting it off as if I can't begin until I find the formula! You are so right...
