it is a hard work to lose weight. some succed by eating little, some did it by sweating a lot,... after all, this is tough to lose weight. while, it is reported by some scientific papers that you can lose your weight by sleeping...

I have a naughty hamster that bite the case,jump and run restlessly almost all day long.So if I want to make it a little fatter,what can I do?Should I feed it with cheese?

losadise A smaller cage?o(n_n)o It's a good idea.I always feed it more than 5 times a day.I take it on my hand and feed it with oatmeals,rice or something else.When it in my hand,it seems tame.But when it in its cage alone,it becomes crazy.OMG...
